We currently ship across Canada.
4. How long does shipping take?
We will ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
5. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $149 CAD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

7. How do I care for my Griham products?
Please follow the care instructions mentioned on each product page to ensure the longevity of your purchase. Indigo-dyed fabrics may bleed, so we recommend washing them separately or following specific care guidelines.
8. Are your products handmade?
The majority of our products are handmade by artisans, making each item unique. Slight variations in color and pattern are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the charm of our collection.

9. What is your return policy?

10. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
